This policy describes how the host and its connected applications are administered. It applies alongside the Terms & Conditions, Legal Terms & Acceptable Use, and Privacy Policy.
Purpose and ownership
Yuvishan Freights PTY LTD owns, operates, or administers this host and services presented through it, including Soccer Management, QSRS-related tools, error handling, monitoring, support, and connected applications. Third-party services and user content remain subject to their own ownership and terms.
Authorised access
Access is granted only to approved users, administrators, service accounts, and integrations. Credentials, sessions, API keys, guest links, and recovery codes must be protected. Access can be changed or revoked when a role ends, a credential is exposed, or a security risk is detected.
Security controls
The environment may use HTTPS, secure cookies, authentication controls, rate limits, validation, audit logs, backups, malware safeguards, firewall rules, and least-privilege service accounts. Controls may change without notice as threats and operational requirements change.
Prohibited activity
Unauthorised scanning, probing, fuzzing, exploitation, credential attacks, scraping protected data, denial-of-service activity, privilege escalation, tampering, malicious uploads, and attempts to bypass controls are prohibited. Approved security testing requires written scope and permission before it begins.
Logging and monitoring
Technical events may be recorded for reliability, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Records may include timestamps, request references, status codes, hostnames, paths, account identifiers, and network details. Diagnostic pages intentionally hide sensitive internals.
Storage, backups, and deletion
Data may exist in active storage, caches, queues, logs, backups, and disaster-recovery copies. Deletion may therefore take time and may be limited by legal, security, or backup requirements. Storage pressure may cause automated downloads, queues, or non-essential jobs to pause.
Availability and maintenance
The host is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Services may be restarted, migrated, rate-limited, restricted, or taken offline for maintenance, capacity, security, legal, or recovery reasons. Error references are for investigation and are not a service-level guarantee.
Incident response
Yuvishan Freights may isolate accounts, revoke sessions, block addresses, preserve evidence, restore backups, notify affected parties where appropriate, and report serious abuse to providers or authorities. Do not investigate beyond the minimum needed to safely report an issue.
Responsible disclosure
Report suspected security issues privately to hills4156@outlook.com with the URL, time, safe summary, and request reference. Do not access unrelated data, alter records, demand payment, or publish unpatched details.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as services, infrastructure, laws, or risks change. The current version on this page applies from its effective date.
Legal and regulatory cooperation
Yuvishan Freights may cooperate with valid legal, regulatory, safeguarding, rights-holder, provider, and law-enforcement requests. We may preserve relevant records, restrict access, remove content, or disclose information where required or reasonably necessary to protect people, property, services, or the host.

Protection from misuse
Services, access paths, data, logs, alerts, and administrative tools must not be used to attack, damage, disable, overload, impersonate, harass, unlawfully extract from, or create avoidable legal exposure for Yuvishan Freights, its personnel, users, infrastructure, or connected services. Truthful reports, lawful complaints, valid legal rights, and authorised testing remain permitted.
